Wellth Week – March 20 – 25

By popular demand, the J is once again ready to share the love by bringing back WELLTH Week! Join us for our week of wellness sessions that kick off Sunday, March 20 and run through Friday, March 25, 2022. During WELLTH Week, The Lieberman Wellness Center will be providing, LIVE in person sessions on topics to promote wellness recovery and mental health wellbeing that are open to The J community members and guests.

Wellness + Health = Wellth

For total wellness, you need to find joyful outlets that will strengthen your attitude, lifestyle and energy. The Lieberman Family Wellness Center (LFWC) strives to be a model of health for the community. The J Wellth Wellness program features Wake Up & Get Wellthy, Get Up & Get J Moving, Wellth Week, and Health & Wellness resources.

Virtual Lifestyle Coaching sessions are offered through Baylor Scott & White Health. Sessions are up to 30 minutes and are done over the phone or Webex. During these sessions, your coach will discuss realistic goals to keep you #wellthy and on track with your health and wellness journey. This is a great opportunity to check-in, have someone hold you accountable, and get motivated to create lasting healthy habits.

Lifestyle coaching is guidance in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and behavioral changes in order to achieve optimal health of body, mind and spirit.

This program offers guidance, accountability, support, and motivation for those committed to improving their health and well-being and creating sustainable healthy habits. Your Lifestyle Coach will help you come up with a plan to meet your lifestyle goals.

What I’ll Be Doing as Your Lifestyle Coach

  • Support system for building and maintaining healthy habits
  • Accountability, motivation, and positive reinforcement
  • Guidance in setting weekly SMART goals
  • Health and wellness tips, tricks and resources

Sign-up for ONE spot only. Please be able to attend 4 weekly, consecutive sessions beginning on the date you select.
