PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Sunday Tuesday Thursday
1:00-1:50 pm. 4:30-5:20 pm. 4:30-5:20 pm.

The first step to join swim team is to complete a try-out with one of our JCC coaches. During the try-out, the coach will determine whether the swimmer qualifies for the prep swim team or competitive swim team. The coaches will generally ask the swimmer to show their proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, starts, and flip turns. If the swimmer is not ready to join swim team, the coach would recommend getting started with lessons through the Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy.
