Biography
Joey Ohayon is the Food Service Director at the J. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Joey grew up surrounded by various cultures and amazing foods. He learned tricks of the trade from his mother who was also in the food industry and quickly grew a love & passion for food. He brings a deep understanding of the food service industry as a self-taught chef and as the former owner of Fino! Italian Kitchen (restaurant & catering), where he served the Dallas Jewish community for over 20 years. He is very excited to be a part of the J team and help bring people together and build a strong community through food.
