Terri Arends holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management and serves as the J’s Group Fitness Director. As a multi-faceted fitness professional, she promotes well-being through group exercise and does so with certifications from NASM, Stroops, Spinning, and Kettlebell Concepts (to name a few from the many specialized group exercise certifications she holds). Terri is a well-known presenter on the national fitness front and serves as a visiting committee board member on West Virginia University’s College of Physical Activity & Sport Science department. As the J’s Group Fitness Director and Spinning Master instructor, Terri loves to create group programming that rallies participants to meet their fitness goals and encourages the development of community. When Terri is not working on getting folks fit and healthy, she puts fitness to work by training her Australian Shepherd for dog performance competitions.
