New you in 2022! It is the J way! 
As we say hello to 2022, January is fitness & Exercise Month. The J provides the ideal opportunity to get stronger, motivated, and form new fitness habits. Our J Sport & Fitness center is the perfect venue to rediscover you. There is something to be said when you correlate the J’s group fitness, aquatics, and court sports programming with the association that there is strength in numbers. Our group classes and sports activities are not only result-oriented but also embrace the spirit of community. If you happen to be feeling in a rut, it is time to check your feelings and join us for a workout class, a big splash in the pool, or a court sports activity.
Additionally, if you are embarking on a new fitness regimen, it is essential to remember to stick to realistic, manageable goals. Easy does it! And let’s not forget that training for optimal health extends beyond the group fitness, weight room, pool, or court. One crucial component to a healthy, fit life is knowing good post-exercise nutrition food choices’

– Pop Up –The Love Event-Brought back by popular demand. Are you ready to cultivate a little self-care?  Join the yoga team of Marco Delossantos and Renee Austin as they dial into a bit of flow yoga and a whole lot of self-love!  Monday, February 14 -10:15 am
