JCC RESERVATIONS

The J is open and is ready to welcome you back. The safety of our members and staff is what’s most important. The J’s Sports and Fitness Complex has your safety in mind with everything you need to get a full workout. Our updated health and safety policies will provide peace of mind to all our members. Due to physical distancing and limited capacity requirements, members will need to reserve their spot in a group exercise class, for basketball gym, and/or for lap lanes. Reservations are encouraged but are not required. If there is a wait due to capacity, reservations will receive priority over walk-ins. Making a reservation does not guarantee a spot and may be subject to change.

GROUP FITNESS

Reservations for group fitness classes are required. Reservations will be for a specific class and time. Once a class is full, you will not be able to reserve a spot. There is a maximum of 25 people per class. Friendly reminder: we recommend using Google Chrome!

Conditions

All group fitness classes, including Aqua Fitness will require a reservation through Spivi.

Once you register, you will be able to use the system throughout the building. If you are having trouble with registration please email tarends@jccdallas.org

SPEEDFLEX

Please download the Spivi app or go to www.spivi.com to sign up. If this is your first time you will need to create a login.

How to Get Started?

  1. Click here to sign-up for a class on the schedule (for those with a Spivi account log-in)
  2. For new participants, create an account, add the J as your location, and download the Spivi App
  3. Reserve your spot (spots are limited)
  • Reservations cannot be booked more than 7 days in advance
  • Failure to arrive at your designated time will void your reservation.

PRIVATE TRAINING SUITE

Work out in comfort with your own private space. On your own or with one of our trainers, book your space today.

Fitness Floor Fast Pass is no longer available at this time. Due to ample space on the fitness floor, reservations are not required.

  • Reservations cannot be booked more than 7 days in advance
  • Failure to arrive at your designated time will void your reservation.

DONSKY GYMNASIUM

Reservations for the basketball gym are encouraged but not required. Reservations will be for a specific  time. The reservation does not guarantee that there will not be a wait time when you arrive.

There is a one hour time limit.

LAP/WARM WATER POOL

Reservations for lap pool lanes or sections of the warm water pool are recommended but not required. Reservations will be for a maximum of 1 hour. Accessible lanes with ladder or stairs will be specifically available for reservation.

Outdoor Pool Reservation

Reservations for outdoor lap pool lanes or family swim are recommended but not required. Outdoor lap lanes are available in 1-hour time slots. Family recreational swim reservations are available in 1.5-hour time slots. The outdoor baby pool will also be available for reservation in 1.5-hour time slots. Only one family at a time will be allowed access to the baby pool and the surrounding furniture.

TENNIS

Players must call the Pro Shop at 214-239-7154 to reserve a court. You can also email aholley@jccdallas.org to reserve a court. Members may book a court two days in advance for a 90-minute maximum period.
