Zohar Tong

Zohar has been running Z-Pilates at the J since 2003.  He has been a Certified Pilates Trainer for more than 20 years. He first started practicing Pilates as rehabilitation for his own injuries in 1992. The main goal of Z-Pilates is to promote physical flexibility, strength, and wellness, and to prevent injuries. Zohar and the other Z-Pilates trainers teach group fitness classes at the J and offer personalized programs for individuals and small groups.
