Shay was born in Golan Heights, Israel and moved to the states in 2011 on an athletic scholarship to run track for the University of North Texas. She is a professional high jumper who is training for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.

Shay pursued her Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics degree at UNT and dedicated her free time to practice athletic training and physical therapy with athletes and people with disabilities and brain injuries.

Shay loves teaching Pilates, boot-camp classes, athletic conditioning, myofascial stretching, and balance on the vibration plate.

Shay will help you learn about your body, improve your health, and learn how to reduce stress and have more balance in your life.
