Barbara is a highly-experienced NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor across multiple disciplines, including spinning, strength-training, and yoga. She applies over a decade of fitness industry experience and education, plus skills from her time as an Army soldier and computer network engineer to build solid fitness programs designed to inspire and empower. Adding the mindful approach of a yoga teacher, Barbara rounds out her programming to deliver more than a class, but a new outlook on self.
