After years of going to gyms, taking at home workouts and trying to fit in any type of fitness into her daily lifestyle, Andrea Maddox gave herself a goal on her 40th birthday to run and compete in a 10k race. It was the jumpstart she needed to challenge herself and reach new goals! Since then, she has become completely dedicated to self improvement and growth in all areas of exercise. She strives to have her clients, of any age, become comfortable utilizing all equipment and finding their passion towards becoming the best version of themselves! Outside of work, you can find her taking a group fitness class, playing basketball with her son or walking either The Katy Trail or White Rock Lake. Andrea is excited to be here and meet y’all!

Certifications: NASM ; National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer and CPR certified and Infant to Toddler Swim Instructor.
