The challenge is not just about logging points, it’s about building a sustainable and enjoyable routine. Winners will be awarded prizes.

Begins June 5th

The 30-minute comprehensive boot camp will transform your body. This 3-week program is designed to help you achieve your goals this summer. Each day, there is a different workout that will help you build strength, increase endurance, and burn fat. The program is fun, engaging, and affordable. Join our fitness director, Rei Hartanto, this summer to achieve your fitness goals.

Schedule: Sunday – Tri’s N Thigh’s, Monday – Curls N Crunches, Tuesday – HIIT & Strength, Wednesday – Full Body Blaster
and Thursday – Fat Burner

Youth Certification
June 12

Empowering Youth to Pursue Their Fitness Goals: The youth certification program is an essential component of any fitness commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment by allowing teens to take ownership of their health and well-being. The certification will take 2 hours and will be going over material such as anatomy, proper exercise form, and nutrition.

Rock The Raft:
Starts June 14th

Back by popular demand! Bring a whole new level of fun to your workout this summer. Our Rock the Raft class fuses together core movement, strength, and yoga moves while floating on our aqua base mats. Get ready to find your “zen” in The J’s new outdoor pool this summer. Wednesdays, June 14 –  August 23 at 7 pm.
