Art of Childhood
We are all spending lots more time with our children lately! Childhood is a time for discovery, wonder, imagination, and play. Creating space and time for this serious work sends our children the message that we value them as whole individuals, ready to make sense of the world. Let us honor children’s curiosities by offering creative child-led and initiated experiences that will nurture a love of learning. Walk away with tangible ideas, tips and tricks, and supply lists for playful learning that will engage your children all summer long.
NAEYC strives to raise the quality of education for all children from birth through age eight. Accreditation systems are major part of NAEYC’s efforts to improve early childhood education. Our commitment to NAEYC and their accreditation criteria allow the GFECC program to provide the best learning experiences for young children and our educators by meeting national standards of quality.
