Private & Semi-Private

One instructor, one reformer, one body to work on. Private sessions are where the real technique corrections happen: breathing, pelvic position, scapular control, the things a group class can only gesture at.

Semi-private (two people) and three-person sessions share the instructor and split the cost. Ideal for couples, friends, or a parent and teen.

I have never done Pilates. Where do I start?
Book one private session first. Thirty minutes is enough to learn the reformer, the springs, and the breathing, and you will get far more out of your first group class.
What do I wear?
Fitted, stretchy clothing and grip socks. No shoes on the reformer. Grip socks are available at the fitness desk.
Is there an age minimum?
Reformer classes are for ages 15 and up. Younger teens can book a private or semi-private session with a parent.
How do I cancel?
Twenty-four hours notice for private sessions. Group class reservations can be cancelled in your J account up to two hours before.
