Looking for a league where the love of the game meets great people and good vibes? Welcome to the Tuesday Night Men’s League at the J.

This isn’t your high-stakes, ultra-competitive grind — it’s basketball with heart. Designed for guys who still want to run, pass, shoot, and compete… but also laugh, connect, and enjoy the game together. The competition is real, but the camaraderie is what keeps players coming back season after season.

This is a bring-your-own-team league, registered through a team captain, with a 10-game regular season followed by a playoff run where every team gets a shot at the title.

Games are run by certified officials, and all stats, scores, and standings are tracked online.

Tuesday nights at the J = good basketball, great people, and the best kind of midweek run.
