CPR/AED/First Aid Training Courses

Participants will learn how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), administer First Aid for common injuries, and effectively use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in life-threatening situations. • CPR for Adults & Pediatrics: Learn how to perform high-quality chest compressions, rescue breaths, and proper hand placement for both adults and children. Participants will be taught the differences between adult and pediatric CPR procedures.
• First Aid Basics: Understand how to assess an injured or ill person, provide care for common injuries such as cuts, burns, fractures, and allergic reactions, and recognize signs of more serious conditions like stroke and heart attack.
• AED Use: Get trained on how to properly use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for both adult and pediatric patients. Learn when and how to use the device to restore normal heart rhythms during a cardiac emergency.
• Choking Response: Techniques for dealing with choking in adults, children, and infants, including back blows, abdominal thrusts, and the Heimlich maneuver.
