The one skill that saves the most lives in the first minutes after a traumatic injury: stopping the bleeding. A short, hands-on course on pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets.
Stop the Bleed is a national awareness and training program that teaches bystanders to control severe bleeding until professional help arrives. Uncontrolled bleeding can be fatal within minutes; a trained person at the scene changes the outcome.
The J offers the course as a standalone session and as an add-on for groups, schools, and congregations.
