J Dallas GEMS Gymnastics Team
WHAT IS GEMS?
The JCC Gems Gymnastics team is a recreationally competitive program focused on instilling confidence, strength, teamwork, and hard work in our athletes. Team gymnasts practice two to three days per week and attend competitions in the USAG and TAAF leagues (primarily Xcel levels). Gymnasts advance at their own pace through individualized coaching in a healthy, nurturing environment. Benefits of JCC Gems competitive gymnastics include building lasting friendships and skills to last a lifetime.
Summer Team Practices Begin June 8
Starting June 8, committed members of the J Dallas GEMS Gymnastics Team will commence regular summer practices.
To join our gymnastics team
• Meet certain skill requirements based on age and available open spaces
• Hold an active JCC family membership

Debbie Weinstein
We are thrilled to welcome back Debbie Weinstein as our Team Director. Debbie, the founder of the GEMS program, believes that gymnastics is a powerful vehicle for developing strong, confident young women. She emphasizes holistic growth, focusing on confidence-building, positive thinking, and overall well-being. Under her guidance, each gymnast progresses at her own pace, embracing daily challenges in an environment that fosters lifelong relationships and cherished memories.
