Be ready to embark on a magical journey by transforming a book into a musical! After reading Anansi and the Moss-Covered Rock by Eric A. Kimmel, together as a group. Participants will organize the book into scenes, write their own songs, and create a script with dialogue. The group then rehearses the show on stage, culminating with a musical to be presented for family and friends by bringing the story to life. The process of creating a stage presentation from scratch encourages self-confidence, personal responsibility, creativity collaboration, and fun for all!
