Summer Fitness Challenge

Memorial Day (May 30) – Labor Day (September 5)

Go head-to-head with JCC members in your favorite form of exercise. Whether you’re into strength training, running, group exercise, swimming, or something else! The #GetFitSummerChallenge begins on Monday, May 30, and ends on Labor Day, September 5.

How it works:

JCC Members can participate for free.

*NOTE: Each workout needs to be recorded within 7 days. Data will not be accepted after 7 days.

Competitors will submit information for each workout.

June 12 – June 24

FREE to participate | JCC Member’s Only

Curls n Crunches | Mondays at 10 am, 12 pm or 5:30 pm
Tighten up your stomach AND arms with this class. Medium Intensity class that will be directly focused on your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and stomach.

Tris n Thighs | Tuesdays at 10 am, 12 pm or 5:30 pm
Full Body workout that will be focused on your lower body and upper. High-intensity cardio mixture with strength that will get your guns n buns ready for this summer.

Body Blast | Wednesdays at 10 am, 12 pm or 5:30 pm
 FUNctional cardio that will challenge your core and balance. Med – High Interval Training that will burn calories in a short period of time.

Strictly Strength | Thursdays at 10 am, 12 pm or 5:30 pm
Fundamental strength workout to help you get stronger! Is a form of strength training that incorporates using free weights such as a barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell.

Fat Burner | Fridays at 10 am, 12 pm or 5:30 pm
 High interval training that combines agility, strength, and core. A high-intensity class that will have you sweatin and smilin.
