Tough Love Fitcamp is a full body comprehensive training plan. Full body training, functional, weight loss program that will help you transform your body. Progress through increasingly different phases with the guidance of a coach. 9 weeks program and twice a week.
- Phase 1 Fundamentals – Base Strength and stability, as well as proper form and technique and balance.
- Phase 2 Functional – Functional fitness that you will help you boost your energy. It improves your functional strength and mobility
- Phase 3 Metabolic – Metabolic resistance training that will help you burn fats!
