Squat-Shrug & Sip

This men’s only strength unplugged class will focus on functional strength, mixed with two stations of pure heart pumping fun. Complete the workout with a post-recovery beer to replenish electrolytes & hydration.

When: Thursday, November 10 at 5:30 pm
 Location: North Courtyard Lawn.
Led by: Fitness experts Rei Hartanto & Dave Young.
