Join our J community as we embark upon a new style of training in response to the fastest growing sport in the US!
Certified Yoga Instructor Debbi K. Levy takes your body through a series of stretches that will elongate the muscles that you most use in pickleball. Bring your paddle and we will observe the muscles that flex as you grip and offer the counter poses.
