POP UP: Pickle-Fit-Conditioning

Join our J community as we embark upon a new style of training in response to the fastest growing sport in the US!
This circuit class will serve up a variety of stations that will touch upon pickleball skills such as dinking, and serving, and other training stations that are components linked to pickleball that will allow you to find more longevity with the game and find more pleasure with the activity when you are on the court. In addition to some of your favorite group fitness instructors guiding you through portions of the workout, excited to announce that Jay Lateko a level 1 IPTPA instructor will be joining our star-studded group fitness instructor team. Jay will be overseeing the serving and dinking station providing best practices tips.
Whether you are a pickler of simply need to train for everyday movement, this class is especially designed with you in mind.
