Z Pilates at the J will be offering two levels of Pilates Equipment Workout classes. Each group class will comprise of four J members and will meet four consecutive weeks.

Joseph Pilates is designed and developed equipment utilizing various strengths of spring resistance to engage the body through a workout of abdominal, upper, and lower body exercises.

Have you always wanted to try the Pilates equipment? Or have you had previous Pilates matwork and/or equipment training and want to incorporate the workouts into your current fitness program? Both classes will work on the reformers, Cadillac/wall units and Wunda Chairs.

Mondays from 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Beginning Monday, February 18
$140 for four sessions

Please note: these sessions are for healthy bodies. They are not rehab-oriented classes. We must have four people registered to obtain these prices and to begin the class sessions. All four classes must be paid in advance at the time of registration in the Pilates Studio.
