Prepare for the Mother of All Runs!
The Bagel Run Club is designated for anyone interested in preparing for our Annual Bagel Run (5K or 10K) program but also for anyone who is interested in a cardiovascular program. The program will help you increase your aerobic fitness as well as conditioning and strength. It is a complete program for all fitness levels with each week being different and progressive as the weeks go on. Classes are led by our personal trainer, Shay Bareni.
On Sunday, the training will be focusing on more cardio and running mechanics.
On Thursday, the training will be focusing on strength and conditioning.
Program Dates: March 26th – May 14th
- Sundays from 12:00 – 12:30 pm and Thursdays 5:00 – 5:30 pm
- Sundays and Thursdays from 12:00 – 12:30 pm
Thursday will be a conditioning class and Sunday will be a running technique/workout.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Locations: The location for Thursdays will be in Speedflex and Sundays will be on the soccer field or somewhere outdoors.
