Come ready to move with your baby! In this fast-paced yet gentle dance class, adults will move and groove while holding or wearing their infant. The babies are stimulated and soothed by the motion, and the adults have the chance to exercise, laugh, and build community through dance. No dance background is required, and all abilities are welcome. All dance combinations are designed to be accessible for postpartum bodies and tired caregivers! This series will take place in our playspace and will be facilitated by Lisa Yanofsky.
