We are pleased to assist you with a room reservation at the J. Our facilities are heavily booked and we want to do our very best to accommodate your meeting. Please complete all the information below. ALL ROOM RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A COMPLETED RESERVATION FORM. RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE OVER THE PHONE. Room assignments are made on a first-come, firstserved basis. You may reserve ongoing meeting space by listing all future dates needed. If times are different, please use multiple forms. The Aaron Family JCC reserves the right to refuse rental service to any events at its own discretion.

THE J RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS TO ALTERNATE ROOMS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF A CHANGE IS MADE.
